2018 Field Day Information

Field Day activities for grades 1-4 will take place on Thursday, June 7th with a rain date of Friday, June 8th. The third and fourth grade field day will take place in the morning from 8:30 to 11:00 and field day for first and second grade will begin at 12:00 and end at 2:00.

Sunscreen and appropriate dress are suggested. Please have your child wear cool comfortable clothes such as: sneakers, shorts, a class color or theme appropriate shirt, and a hat. Your child should also come to school with sunscreen and bug repellent already applied at home. Children should bring a water bottle and an extra change of clothes and towel just in case they get wet at the water stations. Water coolers will be available to refill their water bottles. A snack of Popsicles is often provided by the room parents or teachers at the rest station as well.

Field day is always looked forward to by students, teachers and parents. It's a day filled with fun activities! Parent volunteers are one reason this day is possible. If you'd like to help out, please use this Sign Up Genius link to choose your time.
