2019-2020 Kindergarten & First Grade Registration
On Monday, February 4, 2019 registration packets will be available for parents to pick up at your appropriate school during school hours at the Peter Woodbury, Memorial and Riddle Brook Schools. Return your completed forms along with your child’s birth certificate, two (2) proofs of residency, a current copy of your child’s physical and immunizations to the appropriate elementary school by Thursday, March 7th. A child must attain his/her fifth (5th) birthday on or before September 30, 2019 to be eligible for kindergarten. A child must attain his/her sixth (6th) birthday on or before September 30, 2019 to be eligible for first grade.
New Hampshire law requires all new students to present an up-to-date record of immunizations upon admission to school. In addition, record of a physical exam, done no more than one year prior to entrance, is required.

If you are registering your child to attend Kindergarten or First Grade in the Bedford School District, please download and print the following forms or you may pick up the forms at your home school office. Forms can be dropped off at the school office that your child will be attending to begin the registration process.
